Contract Recruiting/Consulting
Contract Consulting recruiting is a service provided by GES to a client who has critical to fill positions , or confidential sensitive senior level roles, or just an overflow of open positions to fill. GES evaluates the positions for hire, and estimates the number of hours per week that will be required to successfully conduct the full cycle search. A statement of work will be attached as and addendum to the contract, and based upon a 60-120 day time to fill. The candidates are sourced, screened, and then presented to the client for review, and ultimately interviewed, and hired if appropriate. This solution is a Win/Win as the positions are very often filled before the time to fill estimate. We become an extension of your team in representing your organization.
Single Critical to Fill Position
GES offers an incredible value proposition for a single critical to fill position. The solution offers the full cycle search. A statement of work will be attached as and addendum to the contract, and based upon a 90 day time to fill. The TA consultant works very closely with the client throughout the process. The candidates are sourced, screened, and then presented to the client for review, and ultimately interviewed, and hired if appropriate.
This solution is a total Win/Win as the positions are very often filled before the time to fill estimate, resulting in almost 50% lower than any retainer or "container".
