Marilyn Kruger, Managing Partner
Marilyn started her career more than twenty years ago, and has progressed through the various channels of computer operations, solution implementation, business management, marketing, distribution, and finally into strategic Talent Acquisition/Executive Search that has become her passion !
Marilyn entered the USA in 1994 and joined a small mass storage manufacturing company in Irvine, CA as their director of marketing. Eighteen months later, her career advanced into executive search. For the years to follow, Marilyn has been the owner and Principal of Global Executive Services (GES). For 5+ year she moved into a corporate role of Global Talent Acquisition Manager, Sales, Marketing & Business Unit strategic partner for Avery Dennison.
She consistently hired 80+ middle to senior level professionals for the organization, and project managed strategic hiring projects both locally and Global.
In 2011, Marilyn separated from Avery Dennison, and re-activated her Global Executive Services company, offering contract Talent Acquisition/Executive Search and Strategic Sourcing consulting services. She consistently delivers 500% ROI for customers who engage her services resulting in them saving recruiting dollars.
Marilyn completed her Recruitment Marketing Certification in 2018. Other certifications include MHCS through HCI, SWP certification through HCI, and Organizational Change Management certification through HRCI, Pritchett consulting. Her most recent certification in Recruitment Marketing enables her to produce job branding to attract the best talent for the position.
